I agree to come to every session with high expectations, no distractions, and a specific topic/circumstance/issue to work on in order to get the most value out of my investment in coaching. 

I understand that my coaching session has a clear start and end time, and my purchased coaching sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase. 

I will not record one-on-one or group coaching calls, and information shared by all parties on coaching calls is confidential.

I will not share the coaching tools, emails, videos, or exercises Dana trains me on with others who’ve not paid for her coaching program.

I understand that some of the materials and modules in this program are copyright-protected intellectual property based on concepts Dana learned in the coach training program with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and contain her interpretation of the copyrighted work. 

I hereby certify that I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect my participation in the coaching process, and, if I have any substance abuse problem or mental illness, I have consulted with my physical and other health care professional and been advised that I may participate in the coaching process without risk. I agree that if there is any change in this representation, I will promptly advise Dana.

I agree that, in the event of any claim or grievance by me against Dana Byers, the sole remedy will be the return of the fees paid to Dana Byers. Dana Byers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount of fees paid by the client.

I am aware that, as a business owner, Dana commits to remain within the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Dana is bound by a code of ethics.

Should Dana Byers Coaching ever be randomly audited, the ICF will ask her for a list of names and email addresses of clients coached over the years to check that records are accurate and in compliance.

Signing this coaching agreement serves as my consent for Dana Byers Coaching to share my name and email address if they are audited. 

I understand that this document contains all of the information given to me by Dana Byers Coaching and all other representations or statements (prior or subsequent, whether oral or written) are superseded by this document.
